For as long as I can remember, I've always enjoyed making things and using my hands to create, whether that be a painting, cooking a meal, or arranging a bouquet of flowers.  I find satisfaction in small details and connections and meticulous tasks of piecing things together.

I have been privileged in my lifetime to travel and explore many different environments around the globe.  What I have gained most from my experiences is perspective and learning to open my eyes to new ways of looking at things. 

 

In my artwork, I am inspired by objects and environments from memories and experiences, both real and imagined.  For my work I reference personal photographs and sketches and prefer to paint primarily with oil or watercolor but also enjoy experimenting with other mediums. I love discovering new techniques and crafts.
